PPS

Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) is a new type of high-performance engineering plastic—a polymer with phenyl sulfide groups in its molecular backbone. Due to its structure, in which benzene rings and sulfur atoms are alternately linked, the polymer chain exhibits high rigidity and regularity. Consequently, PPS is a crystalline polymer renowned for its outstanding heat resistance, dimensional stability, mechanical strength, and excellent chemical corrosion resistance.

PPS - Glass Fiber Toughened Grade

Electronic components (such as coils, lamp shades, and brush holders) as well as various other parts requiring strength and resistance to corrosive chemicals (such as automotive heaters, pumps, valves, fuel rails, microwave oven seals, distillation tower packing, and thermostatic faucet components for water heaters, etc.).

PPS - Glass Fiber Reinforced Grade

Enhanced PPS material, suitable for electronics and electrical applications (such as ECUs—Electronic Control Units, connectors, etc.), new energy applications (such as storage battery cover plates, lamp holders and shades, brakes, etc.), and medical devices (such as water flow valve bodies, diaphragm pump housings, etc.).
