Product Details

High‑temperature nylon (HTPA) is a heat‑resistant polyamide that can be used continuously at temperatures up to 150°C. High‑performance semi‑aromatic polyamides are semi‑crystalline polymers synthesized via condensation polymerization of aromatic dicarboxylic acids—typically terephthalic acid—and aliphatic diamines. Compared with standard nylons, they exhibit superior mechanical and electrical properties under conditions of high temperature, high humidity, and chemical exposure.

Modified nylon PA6 boasts excellent aesthetics and processability, outstanding resistance to thermal aging, self-lubricating properties, superior mechanical performance, and exceptional high‑temperature and corrosion resistance. With stable performance and the ability to offer customized solutions tailored to customer requirements, it fully meets the production needs of a wide range of applications.
