JX-LCPGF30 contains 30% glass fiber reinforcement, offering excellent flow properties and high temperature resistance. It is ideal for applications requiring extremely thin wall thicknesses. Widely used in surface-mount technology (SMT), this material exhibits minimal dimensional changes. The LCP base resin is flame-retardant and has achieved UL certification at the V-0 level. According to UL746B, its relative temperature index is: electrical 240°C and mechanical 240°C (0.75 mm).
