Product Details

JX-LCPGF35M is an LCP grade containing 35% glass fiber/mineral-filled modified and reinforced material with excellent low-warpage performance. The material is inherently flame-retardant; according to UL94 flammability testing, all color grades achieve the UL-certified V-0 rating at a thickness of 0.15 mm. The relative temperature index (RTI), as specified by UL746B, is 130°C for electrical applications and 130°C for mechanical applications.
